You agree not to use Synthfy for any unlawful purpose, to harass or spam customers, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology are the property of Synthfy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Synthfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
