Refund Policy
We strive to provide a service you love. This policy outlines our refund terms for all Synthfy subscription plans.
1. Free Trial Period
- No charge during the 7-day trial period
- Trial includes 30 minutes of AI call time
- Cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation
- PayPal payment method must be on file before trial activation
- If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your Starter plan ($19/mo) begins automatically
- A reminder email is sent 3 days before your trial ends
- Trial abuse (multiple accounts, same PayPal) will result in account termination
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
- First 30 days (after trial): Full refund available if you’re not satisfied
- After 30 days: No partial refunds for the current billing period
- Cancellation: Takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Service access: Continues until the end of the paid period
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
- First 30 days: Full refund available
- 31–90 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months (calculated at monthly rate)
- After 90 days: No refunds available
- Switching to monthly: Pro-rated credit applied to monthly plan
4. Overage Charges
Overage charges are non-refundable as they represent AI processing and telephony costs already incurred.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to dash.app.synthfy.us
- Go to Account Settings > Billing
- Select “Request Refund” and provide a reason

6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, returned to the original PayPal payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Overage charges already incurred
- Accounts terminated for AUP violations
- Accounts suspended for fraud or abuse
- Portions of annual plans after 90 days
- Phone number setup or reservation fees
8. Service Credits
In cases of service outages caused by Synthfy, we may issue service credits at our discretion. Credits cannot be converted to cash and expire if the account is cancelled.
9. Chargeback Policy
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with PayPal. We maintain proof of consent (checkbox timestamp, IP, user agent) for all subscriptions. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
