Synthfy LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines our procedures for responding to claims of copyright infringement.
1. Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our Service, please submit a written notification containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notification is accurate and you are authorized to act

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake; your name, address, and phone number; and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
4. Repeat Infringers
Synthfy will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
