Every new Synthfy LLC account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. If you decide Synthfy LLC isn’t right for you, simply don’t subscribe. You won’t be charged anything.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund of your subscription fee. No questions asked. Simply contact our support team at billing@synthfy.us or through your dashboard.
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period:
• Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial-month refunds are issued after the 30-day guarantee period
• There are no cancellation fees or penalties
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available in the following situations:
• Service outage exceeding 24 hours: Pro-rated credit applied to your next bill
• Billing errors or duplicate charges: Full refund of the erroneous amount
• Unauthorized charges: Full refund upon verification

Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade and then wish to cancel within 30 days of your original subscription, the satisfaction guarantee still applies.
